Issue/Introduction
The number of error handling counts was counted from the system log of the API server.
The value and the number of metrics displayed in Workstation are different from the assumed values.
About the timing of getting metric information from Agent to collector server and collector server to MOM.
Also, please explain why the number of metrics displayed in Workstation is different from the assumed number.
Number of errors in system log on API server

Assumption:
Workstation was supposed to appear as follows.

At 10:03:00, [Agent011] is one case.
At 10:03:15, 11 cases of [Agent011] and 6 cases of [Agent019].

At 10:03:00, [Agent019] is one case.
At 10:03:15, 5 cases of [Agent011], 10 cases of [Agent019].

1.When is the Agent sending metric information to the collector server at 7.5 second intervals?
It will transmit at an interval of 7.5 seconds from the number of seconds the Agent started.
2.When is MOM acquiring metric information from the collector server every 15 seconds?
We will process the metrics in MOM at 00, 15, 30 and 45 seconds per minute.
The collector will process the metrics received from the agent at 00, 15, 30, and 45 seconds per minute.
The time of this processing is the time of the metric.
3. What are the reasons behind assumption about the display of Workstation?
It is sent to the collector in 7.5 seconds from the number of seconds the Agent started.
The collector cuts metrics accumulated at the timings of 00, 15, 30, and 45 seconds per minute without relation to Agent time.
The syslog of the API execution server is not processed at the breakpoint of 00, 15, 30 and 45 seconds per minute.
Therefore, it is considered different from assumption.
