iptables at API Gateway startup

Issue/Introduction
Run /sbin/chkconfig iptables off.
iptables is disable.
However, when the ssg service is started, it is enable.
After start ssg service, run iptables -L comannd:
result: Shown firewall rules.

Resolution
That's because of the current specifications of API Gateway aplliance.
Current specifications:
The necessary firewall rules are loaded when the SSG service starts up.
It is if even though iptables in chkconfig are invalid.
So, after activating SSG service, "iptables - L" command displays valid firewall rules.
