IEC393I CATALOG CONTENTION IXR catalog contention

Waiting on IXR messages are being issued during restore with IBM messages IEC393I CATALOG CONTENTION. How do we resolve this? 

Environment

z/OS 2.2

Resolution

You will possibly see Waiting on IXR messages during some restores randomly on busy systems after you upgrade to z/OS 2.2. This is caused by an IBM error reported and resolved with IBM APAR OA5166:SYSIGGV2 not dequeed during recall for DADSM rename  

Once you APPLY this APAR the problem will be resolved. No action is required for CA ASM2 customers.
