ntevl profiles missing from Monitoring tab of UIM 9.01

Issue/Introduction
After installing UIM 9.01, there are no ntevl probe monitoring profiles available from the Monitoring tab in the UMP USM portlet.
Environment
UIM 9.01 EA
mon_config_service: 9.00
mon_config_service: 9.00
Cause
By default the ntevl_mcs_templates package is not deployed after installing UIM 9.01.
Resolution
First confirm/configure the mon_config_service probe to automatically migrate new templates:
1. Open the Raw Config GUI for the mon_config_service probe on the primary hub.
2. Select the migration folder from the left-hand pane.
3. Modify the enable_auto_migration key in the right-hand pane and change it to true if it is currently set to false.
4. Apply the change and restart the probe.
Once the mon_config_service probe is configured to automatically migrate new templates, deploy the ntevl_mcs_templates package to the primary hub.
