Unable to push new configurations from ACC to Agent - Error EC1006

Issue/Introduction

We are unable to push the new configurations from ACC to a agent. It takes a while to push and terminates with error code EC 1006. 

Environment

Release:
Component: APMISP

Resolution

set the following in [acc]\config\apmccsrv.properties 

com.ca.apm.acc.package.push.maxconcurrency=1 

com.ca.apm.acc.broker.storeUsageLimit=2147483648 
com.ca.apm.acc.broker.tempUsageLimit=1073741824 

recycle the ACC configuration server
