CA PPM Agile Central Integration Fails to Sync with Error: Full Authentication is required to access this resource

Issue/Introduction

After configuring the CA PPM integration with CA Agile Central, the sync job fails with the error: HTTP/1.1 401 Full authentication is required to access this resource.

Environment

CA PPM - 15.3 and above

Resolution

The problem was caused by an incorrect API key value, and incorrect Project ID value.  After updating the API value and Project ID values, the sync was successful.
