Issue/Introduction

The modeloutage.ibd file in the $SPECROOT/mysql/data/reporting directory on the Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) system is very large.

Resolution

If you need to reduce size you can re-initialize the reporting database so it will be rebuilt from scratch using the existing events in the Archive Manager (DDM) databases in the Spectrum environment.

1. Log into the SRM system as the user that owns the Spectrum installation

2. If on Windows, start a bash shell by running "bash -login"

3. cd to the $SPECROOT/bin directory and run the RpmgrInitializeLandscape.sh script
