The most important elements of the Insights metrics are the metrics over time and the team vs. workspace comparison. The quarterly or monthly metrics help assess the impact of process, team configuration, or other changes. The team vs workspace average measure is given in relative terms. This should be the start of a conversation and is not designed to judge the value of a team.
