Receive "Failed to connect to repository service" in RA Informatica job

Issue/Introduction

When clicking the folder icon for the "Folder Name" field in an RA Informatica job, the following error message appears:

Cause

The Informatica server and the RA Informatica Agent are using two different, incompatible codepages. 

Resolution

Add the following line either to the .bash_profile of the user starting the Informatica Agent/Service Manager, or make an environment file:

INFA_CODEPAGENAME=Latin1;export INFA_CODEPAGENAME
