Job Launches cmd.exe on Windows but does not appear to execute command

Issue/Introduction

A command job launches on a Windows agent and the cmd.exe process can be seen when it starts. However, the job's command does not seem to execute.

Resolution

Check the standard output of the job and see if it is hanging before or during the execution of the job's command. If it is hanging during the execution of the job command, this is out of the control of the agent and must be investigated by the vendor for the job command itself.
