Agile Central - Webhooks: Slow Performance, slow to trigger

Issue/Introduction

We are experiencing serious performance issues with Webhooks. They are very slow to trigger.

Resolution

CA has found slowness in the triggering mechanism for webhooks. CA has an open Defect and is currently learning the issue in order to be able to fix it. CA has found that the mechanism tends to suffer even poorer performance during early mornings (around 7am-9am Mountain Time), you may be better off triggering webhooks at different times.
