PureSCM ALF Integration Plugin cannot connect from Harvest Workbench

Issue/Introduction

The PureSCM-ALF integration plugin was no longer working in Harvest, and the PureSCM-ALF Server service could not stay up. 

 

Environment

PureSCM-ALF v2.0
SCM v12.1 SP3
Windows platform
 

Cause

The root cause was that Java on the PureSCM-ALF server had been upgraded to newer version which was not supported for his version of PureSCM-ALF

 

Resolution

The solution was to downgrade Java to the version that had worked before.
