Why are the SOI\log files created under the root folder of the physical cluster disk, for example C:\log instead of the SOI_HOME\log folder

Environment

SOI 4.2 on MSCS Cluster environment

Resolution

Please stop the CA SAM Integration Service and delete the D:\log folder on the physical cluster nodes.
Copy the log4j.xml file present under the shared drive to the physical nodes drives.
Start the CA SAM Integration Service.

Log4j.xml on the local drive -SOI-Application service,UCF Broker and MQ services at the start of the processes
Log4j.xml on the Shared drive -SOI-EventManager
log4j_IFW.xml on the shared drive - SOI-IntegrationServices
