NFA console has datashare folder open to everyone

Issue/Introduction

The NFA Console may have a legacy "datashare" shared directory at \CA\NFA\Reporter\datashare that may have share permissions for 'Everyone'.

Resolution

1. If you are on any version after RA 9.0, you can either disable this shared 'datashare' directory by right clicking the \CA\NFA\Reporter\datashare folder and clicking properties.

2. Then click on the "Sharing" tab.

3. Select the "Advanced Sharing" button.

4. Click the checkbox that says "Share this folder" to disable the fileshare.
