Issue/Introduction
When managing certification campaigns from the Identity Portal interface. from time to time, more often with big campaigns than small ones, the following error occurs:

Cause
Caused by lack of resources on the Windows server.
Resolution
The problem appears to be caused by lack of resources on the Windows server rather than any issues with Identity Governance.
