Issue/Introduction

When managing certification campaigns from the Identity Portal interface. from time to time, more often with big campaigns than small ones, the following error occurs:

Environment

Release:
Component: SIGMA

Cause

Caused by lack of resources on the Windows server.

Resolution

The problem appears to be caused by lack of resources on the Windows server rather than any issues with Identity Governance.

The message "No buffer space available (maximum connections reached?)" usually indicates that there are no enough ports available.
