After installing Spectrum 10.2.3 and Jaspersoft 6.3, Availability reports have the incorrect time format with business hours incorrectly displayed and outages are missing

After upgrading Spectrum, you need to redeploy to sync Jasper with Spectrum upgrade fixes, enhancements, and new reports.
1. Log into the SRM/OneClick web pages
2. Click on the Administration link
3. Click on the Report Manager link
4. Click on the Jasper Integration link
5. Click on the Re-deploy button
