ucybchng hangs applying specific changes to a Transport Case

Issue/Introduction

The Change Utility stops processing modifying a Transport Case when a line like this is used:

REPLACE_PART JOBS, <NAME>, CVALUE:folderName, ' ', ''

Environment

ucybchng v12.0.4 and v12.0.5

Cause

UCYBchng loops

Resolution

Solution:

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
