Why the Configure Latency Metrics Assertion option is missing?

Issue/Introduction
While navigating through the Policy Manager, we have noticed with one of our gateway instances that the Policy Manager -> Tasks -> Extensions and Add-ons > Configure Latency Metrics Assertion option is missing.
May I know what could have been missed during the installation of this instance?

CA Gateway API Monitoring 9.x
CA Precision API Monitoring 3.x
CA Precision API Monitoring 3.x
Resolution
The Configure Latency Metric Assertion feature only comes with the installation of the CA Precision API Monitoring solution kits.
You can verify under Tasks > Extensions and Add-Ons > Managed Solution Kits to confirm if the CA Precision API Monitoring solution kit is installed.
If it is and you still do not see the Configure Latency Metric Assertion under Tasks > Extensions and Add-Ons, please restart the Gateway Service (required post installation of the solution kit) and reconnect via Policy Manager. That should bring up the feature.
