The Configure Latency Metric Assertion feature only comes with the installation of the
CA Precision API Monitoring solution kits.
You can verify under
Tasks >
Extensions and Add-Ons >
Managed Solution Kits to confirm if the
CA Precision API Monitoring solution kit is installed.
If it is and you still do not see the
Configure Latency Metric Assertion under
Tasks >
Extensions and Add-Ons, please restart the Gateway Service (required post installation of the solution kit) and reconnect via Policy Manager. That should bring up the feature.
