APMSQLServer fails to start - java.io.FileNotFoundException: ../repo/com.ca.apm.server.teiid-10.7.0.xxx.war

Issue/Introduction

APMSQLServer 10.7 fails to start. 

In <APMSqlServer-HOME>/logs/apmsqlserverout.log file the following message is found

For APM 10.7 SP2:

Environment

APM Enterprise Manager 10.7.x

Resolution

1. Exact the com.ca.apm.server.teiid-10.7.0.<build>.war from the hotfix package

Here is an example of opening SP3 hotfix package using 7zip



2. Copy the missing com.ca.apm.server.teiid-10.7.0.<build>.war to problem machine : <EM-HOME>\APMSqlServer\repo

3. Start apmsqlserver
