Installed and Accepted the new Endevor and some data set are empty.

Issue/Introduction

After we completed the install of the base product the ASIQ* libraries were verified their status as populated. But the following data sets are empty:

ENDEVOR.V18.SMPE.AEW8SAGL
ENDEVOR.V18.SMPE.ASIQHFS
ENDEVOR.V18.SMPE.ASIQPLD 

ENDEVOR.V18.SMPE.CEW8JCL
ENDEVOR.V18.SMPE.CEW8SAGL
ENDEVOR.V18.SMPE.CSIQPLD

May we proceed with the APPLY of PTFs?

All supported versions of Endevor

Cause

The AEW8JCL. AEW8SAGL. CEW8JCL. and CEW8SAGL data sets are for the Natural interface. 
If you did not customize the install to Receive the FMID CSIQI02, these data set will be empty. 

ASIQHFS. ASIQPLD and CSIQPLD are for the Web Services interface.
If you did not install the FMID CSIQI03, these data sets will be empty.

Resolution

Yes, it is okay these data sets are empty and can to APPLY the Endevor PTFs.
