Directory not working after communication problem

Issue/Introduction
The CA Dir Multi-Write ( MW ) is not working anymore and the DSA not accessible too
Environment
CA Dir 12.x
Cause
From the error message:
The error that appears in the Directory logs are:
* [20] 20180921.160500.014 DSA_W2720 Multiwrite: DSA '<hostname>' cannot be contacted
* [12] 20180921.160518.248 DSA_E1250 DSA stopping but multiwrite queues exist
* [20] 20180921.160518.264 DSA_I1240 DSA shutting down
After some time the CA Dir stops trying to send data to its peer and stop the Multi-Write and shut down it.

Resolution
First you need to check the reason the CA Dir is not able to contact its peer, after that, you must restart the CA Dir DSA to get it working again.
