Resolution


1 - Edit the sld.ini file and add the VerifyRightsToAcknowledgeAlert parameter
 
[FLAGS]
VerifyRightsToAcknowledgeAlert=0
2 - Save your changes
3 - Restart the Console 

User should be able to acknowledge an alert with Read Only rights.
