For example, You are finding that PF4 is defined as HELP, and not PF1 as documented.

Resolution

PF Keys are customizable. To customize them...

1. From the Gener/OL Primary Menu Type KEYS and press <enter>
2. The Menu Function Key Definition panel displays. From this panel, you can alter you PF Key settings.

The manual describes this but the factory provided settings are not necessarily what a customer may want on a regular basis.
