CA Endevor BSTXCOPY gets a C1G0192E and stops

Issue/Introduction

We are currently in the process of upgrading our COBOL from 4.2 to 5.2 and running BSTXCOPY jobs to convert the LOADLIBs from PDS to PDSE.

While converting one Load library we are getting a C1G0192E error and the job stops -

C1G0192E  MEMBER SACSSIB1 COULD NOT BE COPIED, REASON CODE 83000412

We ran an IEBCOPY job and it gets a GW01202W error with Return Code X'0000000C'  and Reason Code '83000412' but it continues processing.

What can we do to get BSTXCOPY to continue processing?
