Show, remove or modify the service status display icon of a configuration item in CMDB Visualizer

Issue/Introduction
When I search for a configuration item (CI), when using visualizer, a cancellation, blocked or strikeout icon "⊘" appears in all my CIs displayed, What it means and how can be changed or removed?
Environment
Service Desk 14.1 or higher
Resolution
All the existing CIs can have status updates depending on your need, the icon displayed on top of each CI is set as follows:
1. Log in Service Desk 2. In the scoreboard panel look for your CIs and open one of them 3. Go to the inventory tab under CMDB attributes. 4. Edit the CI and check the status of the service.
You will notice that you have different options available, by selecting one of them the status icon will be placed on top of the CI.
Additional Information
Custom status entries that can be created (under "CA CMDB" -> "CI Service Status" in the Administration tab) cannot be assigned a custom icon. This is by design. All such entries will by default show a "blocked" or "strikeout" icon, ie: "⊘"
