Request to Download CA Gen - Workstation Toolset

Issue/Introduction
My current version of CA Gen - Workstation Toolset does not launch when I click the icon on the start menu. I might need to re-install the tool set from your site.

Resolution
The ISO installation file is located on support.ca.com. Browse to that site, Login, Download Management, Search by Product Name - type CA Gen, choose CA Gen Workstation Developer Toolset Option WINDOWS-ALL, choose correct Release, click Download Now (my personal preference).
After the Gen Toolset is installed, you will need to apply the latest PTFs located at https://support.ca.com/us/product-information/ca-gen.html. Browse that site, select Solutions & Patches, Gen 8.5, download WKS85003 and WKS85004. Download any additional PTFs that apply to your environment, like Tooolset, and maybe Generators, and maybe Runtime... Apply the PTFs starting with WKS85003 and WKS85004, and then the rest.
