Issue/Introduction
The Websphere Liberty Profile Server startup failed this morning with an S067 reason code 4. The module identified in the message was AT5$GBL The process was restarted and appears to be running successfully. No dump was saved.

Resolution
After reviewing the syslog, none of the ALETs in the ARs supplied appear invalid and believe that something like the following sequence occurred:
1) Cleanup STC took an S913 DS Violation abend and ended, bringing its Dataspace with it
2) In-flight tracking requests for Netview, et al had their ALETs invalidated by the disappearance of the Cleanup Dataspace
3) S067 abends occurred when the invalid ALETs were used
