Unable to trigger audit notification process for status reporting attribute

Issue/Introduction

Created a simple Process to trigger a notification whenever a Project's Status Reporting type has changed.  This utilizes the OOTB 'Status Reporting' attribute (project.obj_status_reporting).  The Process is able to Validate successfully but is never triggered when I make a change to a Project's Status Reporting.

Resolution

The background service was hung. The services have been restarted and the process is now working as expected.
