Manager Lookup pulls in active and locked resources in PPM

Issue/Introduction

Lookups pull in active and locked resources in CA Project & Portfolio Management (PPM).

Resolution

This is working as designed. The resource browse lookup pulls in active and locked resources by default. Since this is based on a dynamic query, this lookup is not able to be modified. 

To filter out locked resources, you can change the filter status after clicking browse from 'Select' to 'Active' to filter out locked resources.
