Why are we not able to dwonload probe packaged from support.nimsoft.com - Forbidden

Issue/Introduction

Internet Archive via IM. We get a "Forbidden" message when trying to download packages.

What is the root cause of getting the message "Forbidden" when we try to download probe packages from support.nimsoft.com?

Environment

UIM 20.3 or later

Resolution

When you download probe packages iin IM a temporary file will be created for the download job and it
appears you do not have permissions to write to the temporary folder. When you download through admin console I do
not see that this temporary file is created.

So either the user needs to have write permissions on the %temp% folder

or

use AdminConsole to download the probe packages
