Which of the Background Users is necessary when a link between two Netmaster Regions is created?

We assume that a Link is started between Regions AAAA and BBBB When you activate a link between two Netmaster Regions the activation of the link is indicated by these messages in Region BBBB: 

M N35008 LINK FROM AAAAAA TO BBBBBB STARTING. 
M N35002 LINK FROM AAAAAA TO BBBBBB NOW ACTIVE. 
M N20E05 APPC USER AAAABSYS LOGGED ON FROM AAAA -- AAAA Background 


So the BSYS Backgrounduser is needed for the link. This user is logged on at the remote system and therefore needs to be defined in the UAMS on system BBBB (if no genera UAMS is shared between the regions).

Additional Information

When entering command SHOW USER you see the user from the other Region logged on (Here is is AAAABSYS on Region BBBB):
