Azure Option on License not displaying/licensing correctly

Issue/Introduction

When licensing an appliance,  under the System Info or on the Configuration Licensing page, it does not contain the information about Azure enablement status. 

Environment

observed on PAM 3.2.2 

Cause

The 3.2 license generator was modified to always have azure and azure proxy licensed, so they no longer display on the System Info or Configuration Licensing pages.

Resolution

This is not a problem since the options are always licensed.

Additional Information

There may be circumstances after an upgrade from 3.1.1 to 3.2 where the Azure capabilty is lost.  The work around is to re-apply the license.
