1. Login to the Broadcom Support Portal
2. In the PRODUCT NAME search box, start type 'CA Service'. An autosuggest list appears
3. Select a product from the list (i.e CA Service Desk Manager)
4. In the RELEASE drop-down list, select the product version that you wish to view additional information on
5. In the SERVICE LEVEL drop-down list, select '0000' (this indicates the GA release level)
6. The Product Lifecycle information appears
