Not able to access the admin console outside the primary hub server - HTTP status 408 error

Issue/Introduction

Not able to access the admin console from a browser on a remote system outside the primary hub server. There are no problems accessing the Admin Console from a browser running on the primary hub.  Get the following error from browsers on remote systems:

HTTP Status 408 error

There were no problems after upgrading from UIM 8.51 to UIM 9.01.
This problem started after deploying the UIM 9.01HF1 security patch on the Primary hub and UMP robots.
There is also a custom wasp package deployed as well.

Cause

The following admin console packages from the UIM 8.51 Security patch 8.53 were deployed to the 9.01EA primary hub where the 9.01HF1 Security patch was deployed and configured:

- wasp
- adminconsoleapp
- uimhome
- mps
- mpse

Resolution

To correct this, the wasp probe was deleted from the Primary hub. The 5 admin console packages were extracted from the UIM 9.01HF1 zip archive then deployed to the primary hub.  Once the matching set of probes were deployed, it was possible to access the Admin Console from a browser on the primary hub as well as from a browser on a remote system.
