Password being required when new user id is created for Web Viewer new folder/folder set

Issue/Introduction

We created a new folder/folder set for CA Output Management Web Viewer 11.5 in the Admtool. When we tried to create the new user id to be used to access the profile, we were prompted for a password. It will not let us bypass the requirement. However, none of our other builds have passwords.

Environment

MS Windows Server

Cause

Passwords for single-user access are required. Passwords for multiple user access are optional.

Resolution

Specify a generic userid.  It does not require a password, but you can specify a full name.
