How do I dynamically update any new rules that I want to implement in PDSMAN?

Resolution

Changes to the Initialization Control Statements (PDSMINIT) do not become active until you issue an F PDSMAN,NEWRULES operator modify command.

This command instructs PDSMAN to read, validate, and activate a new set of rules.

You do not need to stop and restart PDSMAN or IPL your system to activate new control statements.

However, if you want to bring down PDSMAN and restart the started task you may do so.
