Issue/Introduction

We would like to know if it is possible to change the desktop client setting to show the start and end times of jobs in user's timezone instead of EDT (Eastern standard time). Or does the desktop client only show the timezone that the master servers are in? I know we can select a time zone for when creating an event which we do, example: 00:00 Hong_Kong 1st DAY OF MONTH LESS 5 WORKDAYS but when this application triggers off at 00:00 Hong Kong I will see in the monitor view the EDT in the details.

Is there a way for users to change the timezone in their desktop client view?

Environment

CA Workload Automation DE 11.3.x, 12.x
CA Workload Automation Desktop Client 11.3.x, 12.x

Resolution

The timezone is from the Desktop Client machine. The expected behavior is that java takes the timezone information from the machine where the Desktop Client is installed. So the start and end times in the job's details are in Desktop Client's timezone.
