The utility TLMSRECV abend using the R14.0 load library get a
USER COMPLETION CODE=4039 REASON CODE=00000000
with the following messages:
IGZ0201W A file attribute mismatch was detected. File SMF-INPUT-FILE in program TLMSRECV had a record length of 430
and the file specified in the ASSIGN clause had a record length of 32767.
IGZ0035S There was an unsuccessful OPEN or CLOSE of file VMFTRANS in program TLMSRECV at relative location X'18DA'.
Neither FILE STATUS nor an ERROR declarative were specified. The status code was 39.
