Issue/Introduction

According to KB000019734  Patch T6FP011 is needed for installation.

Environment

Product: CLIENT AUTOMATION,
Release: 14.0.2000.255, Service Pack: SP2,
Operating System: Windows 2012r2

Resolution

Rollup Patch file for ITCM R14 SP2 will be provided through CA Support, please contact us.
It includes T6FP001 and other important fixes.
Please install it on Domain Manager and Scalability Server.
After downloading and extracting, please run the exe Winoffline.
This will install all the patches. Be aware that it will stop CAF and CAM Services.
So please avoid running it through the working time.
