Issue/Introduction

SOI 4.0 with RO98326 (CUMMULATIVE OCT)

Getting this error a 'ERROR(WI0001) Error' when I try to access USM Webview/ We have I already tryid TEC1997342 and it resooved the error but only temporarily. The problem will occur again after a few days.

Cause

This is occusing due to database connectivity issues. When the below exceptions occurr in the soiuis-debug.log files, the USM Web View fails to work properly. - ERROR [DashboardSLAManager] util.JDBCExceptionReporter.logExceptions(78) - Invalid state, the Connection object is closed. - com.aprisma.spectrum.app.util.context.ContextFactory.NO_CONTEXT_OBJECT_CLASS_REGISTERED_FOR_ID id com.ca.sam.common.CallTimer" at scope "global" - com.ca.eiam.SafePasswordException: EE_AUTHFAILED Authentication Failed - java.sql.SQLException: Unable to get information from SQL Server: . Basically, the SOLR works on the data read from the SOI Catalyst tables in DB and provides searching functionality of indexed data on USM Web View portal, and when these exceptions occur, the index files do not get created under \solr\data\index folder, and SOLR is not able to read the files and fails to search them on Web View and error message is thrown.

Resolution

The DB issues need to be resolved (connectivity or network issues) to get the USM Web View working. You can use the provided URL as a workaround until the DB issues are fixed. http://:7070/solr/admin
