I updated .jpg for a display in the login.fcc. The changes work for firefox,chrome but fails for IE11?

Release:
Component: SMAPC

Resolution

Resave the file as a .jpeg. Update the display in the login.fcc with the .jpeg using Internet Explorer (I.E) Should work. It has before.
