What does the Session Management, Credential Management value mean?

The Session management counts the number of devices that have the “Access” type enable:

Additional Information

There’s also a Knowledge Document reported about this License report:
From the Dashboard > License Usage the usage percentage is incorrect, only 1% usage is displayed when the number of devices are greater than 0.
