Querying iDash database for alert comments (ack/close)

Issue/Introduction

We are interested in seeing if we can develop a custom query that would allow us to keep track of the comments when an SLA alert is acknowledge/closed.

What tables are the alerts and acknowledgements stored?

Resolution

The AutoSys ujo_alarm table can be queried for the iDash GUI Alert details (event_comment) and the iDash GUI Alert response (response).
