Receiving S001 abend on file initialized by Endevor utility BC1PDSIN

Issue/Introduction

Files that were allocated/initialized using the Endevor initialization utility BC1PDSIN are causing S001 abends. 

Resolution

BC1PDSIN must be coded with DDNAME C1INITXX or C1LISTXX to perform the initialization. Any other DDNAME will result in the file being allocated but not initialized and result in S001 abends.
