USM shows intermittently all groups having all devices

Issue/Introduction

An intermittent error in USM where all dynamic groups show all devices.
When issue is seen there are strange devices in USM that are called (null)

Environment

UIM 8.51

Cause

Using the "list_deployments" callback in the trellis Probe Utility showed that the data_access_services service was deployed in trellis.

This is unsupported in v8.51 as the design has changed and these functions have moved to other probes

Resolution

Removing the data_access_services service from trellis resolved the issue
