Can I install CA PanAudit Plus 3.0 via CA CSM/MSM?

No, CA PanAudit Plus can't be installed via CA CSM/MSM.
There is no PAX file, but an ESD file only.
The name of the ESD file is: 300107ESQ01.ESD.
It must be binary uploaded into a z/OS data set with this DCB:

Record length . . . : 0
Block size . . . . : 4096
