Hidden fields are not displaying

Issue/Introduction

I am using IT Asset Manager. I have hidden fields that I am trying to display.
I check the box to expose the hidden field but it does not display on the screen after clicking OK. There are no error messages.

If you are using Internet Explorer, test Chrome. This may allow you to display the hidden fields.
