Issue/Introduction
Dynamic users loosing all sessions on TPX Menu.
The Main menu appears blank when a dynamic user signs on to TPX. This was not happening till yesterday.

Resolution
If a user is dynamic, and an attempt is made to view this userid in TPXADMIN, by default TPX will attempt to create a (new) static userid.There are two options to back out from this operation.
If PF3 is selected to return back, a static user id is created.
If the intent is NOT to create a static ID, use CANCEL to leave the panel.
Once a Static user is created the user is no more dynamic thus losing all the sessions that were allocated to a dynamic user, likely resulting in no sessions on the main menu.
