Issue/Introduction

Need to share a client certificate on multiple users keyring.

Resolution

A certificate that is owned by a particular acid cannot be shared. Only that user can use that client certificate.

In order to share a certificate on multiple users keyring, the certificate must be owned by acid CERTSITE.
