Issue/Introduction
When you load up CA SDM and conduct a request search, one of the fields available for input is 'Earliest Open Date' or 'Latest Open Date'. Is it possible to define a formula that will allow one to pull back a set of results that always updates to the current date?
The prime need is that when you create a saved query and try to re-use it, you have to constantly update that query to the new date. This is ineffective. Documentation cannot be found on this. Some examples we have found or been provided do not appear to be working.
Environment
Release: Component: USRD
Resolution
Search Save As with selected date would not adjust in the stored query.
It is static like 'Earliest Open Date' when you select a particular, MM/DD/YYYY, 05/09/2019. However, create or out of box stored query with Timespan like past two weeks could do that. Check the below knowledge article about Timespan with stored query on scoreboard.
